The signing of these documents is necessary by virtue of the provisions stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, namely Article 20 of the Federal Law "On the fundamentals of protecting the health of citizens in the Russian Federation", Order No. 1177n of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation of December 20, 2012 "On Approving the Procedure for Giving Informed Voluntary Consent to Medical Intervention and refusal of medical intervention in relation to certain types of medical interventions, forms of informed voluntary consent to medical intervention and forms of refusal from medical meshatelstva "Articles 6 and 9 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ" personal data ".

The application must be signed before a visit to any specialist, as according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, consultation with any specialist is considered a medical intervention. On your first visit to DR MEDICAL GROUP, we propose to sign the Informed Voluntary Consent immediately for several manipulations, with some medical services possibly requiring the signing of additional forms of Informed Voluntary Consent.

All the basic documents will need to be signed only once at the first visit to the Medical Center. The signing of these documents is provided by Russian legislation and is required to protect the rights of the Patient and the rights of the Medical Center.
